Description

This one-hour, recorded webinar for clinicians will cover epidemiology, etiology, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of genitourinary symptoms of menopause (GSM).

Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Describe the symptoms of genitourinary symptoms of menopause (GSM), with a focus on vulvovaginal atrophy
• Summarize the process for GSM screening and diagnosis
• List and describe GSM treatment options
• Explain effective techniques for patient communication around GSM, including cultural considerations
• Apply what they have learned to two clinical case studies
