Search for fundraising opportunities or educational events in your area! National HIV Testing Day is a big day in preventing HIV and many areas host events (June 27).
College campuses are a place where advocacy is needed! You can find out what measures are in place to prevent HIV at your local campus. Some fast facts: 1 in 500 college students are infected with HIV, and only ~34% of college students have been tested for HIV.
